The University of Louisville School show that certain components in green tea can help protect the brain and reduce sleep apnea injury.

Experts take the antioxidants of green tea to rats and mice at hypoxia environment, they are simulated sleep apnea to the anoxic brain affected. The results showed that green tea can protect the mouse brains, better performance in memory.

Experts suggest that sleep apnea patients receiving conventional therapy at the same time, regularly drink green tea.

Which component of green tea has this , needs further study.
